Marine Engine Flush Kit — Descaler & Corrosion Inhibitor
Salt buildup in the cooling system is the number-one cause of marine engine overheating. A plain water flush doesn't remove it — this kit does.
Every session in salt or brackish water leaves calcium, corrosion and carbon inside your cooling jackets and wet exhaust. Those deposits bond to the internal metal surfaces, narrow the water passages, and restrict flow. As flow drops, running temperatures climb — overheating, accelerated anode wear, and hardened seals and gaskets follow. Most owners never see it, because it happens where you can't look: inside the block.
A plain freshwater flush pushes loose salt through the system, but it does nothing to the deposits that have already bonded to the metal. This concentrate is formulated specifically for marine cooling jackets: it breaks down salt, calcium and carbon inside the cooling passages and wet exhaust rather than just rinsing around them. As it circulates, its corrosion inhibitors deposit a protective layer across the internal metal surfaces — the same surfaces that would otherwise keep corroding between trips. Owners flushing regularly report their original anodes still serviceable at 100-hour services, rather than needing early replacement.
